Foxy's Terms & Conditions — transparently, in plain language

Foxy (foxy-jit.com) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between foxy and the user. By using the platform, you agree to all of the terms set out below.

You must be at least 18 years old to use foxy's services. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. foxy may request a national ID or other documentation for age verification at any time.

If you are using this platform on behalf of a third party or an organization, you must have the legal authority to represent that party and to agree to these terms on their behalf.

To register with foxy, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number. Each person may only create one account. If a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts, foxy reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Opening an account with false or someone else's details is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a strong password are required to register.
• Your account will be activated via OTP verification.
• Large withdrawals require identity verification with a NID or passport.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to foxy Support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Foxy may request account verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the given timeframe may result in a temporary suspension. This is a security measure, not a penalty.

Foxy currently accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳50 and the daily maximum is ৳50,000. Balance is typically credited within 2 to 5 minutes of payment.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Once your account is verified, funds are typically transferred to your mobile banking account within 8 to 30 minutes. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Foxy may place a hold on payments for suspicious transactions until an investigation is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus balance.
• Foxy will not be liable for withdrawals sent to an incorrect number.

Foxy offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be read before claiming. Among all bonus-related terms, the wagering requirement is the most important.

Welcome bonuses generally apply to your first deposit. Once credited, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the required number of wagers has been completed. Bonus balances are held separately until the wagering requirement is met.

• Claiming the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Foxy reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• The minimum odds for bets placed using a bonus will be specified in the applicable terms.
• If the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the foxy platform. Violations may result in account termination, balance confiscation, and even legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated tools.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Deceiving or manipulating other users.
• Misusing the promotional offer system.
• Misconduct or threats directed at staff.

Foxy's monitoring team detects suspicious activity through both automated and manual methods. Accounts under suspicion may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

• Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months at any time.
• Once a permanent self-exclusion request is submitted, foxy will process it within 48 hours.

Users can close their account at any time. Contacting support will get it processed within 48 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

• In the event of a rule violation, foxy reserves the right to close an account without prior notice.
• If fraud is proven, the account balance will be confiscated.
• If you wish to appeal an account closure, you must submit your request within 30 days.
• Foxy may send a notice and close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

For any dispute or complaint, please write to support@foxy-jit.com with full details. foxy aims to respond within 72 hours. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.

If the matter remains unresolved at the first stage, Foxy's Dispute Resolution Committee will review the case. The Committee's decision is final and binding on both parties. The entire process is typically completed within 14 business days.

Foxy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or in-app notification.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Check this page regularly to stay up to date.
